Envirothon 2023 Winners

Middle School Envirothon 2023

It was a great day to be outside for the 2023 Middle School Envirothon. Eleven local middle school teams of 3-5 students competed in Forestry, Aquatics, Wildlife, Soils/Land Use, and the Current Issue: Marine Litter. They also worked with local agencies, further exploring these topics in small groups out in the Park, utilizing our local natural resources.

St. Gregory School earned both first and third place, with North East Middle School securing second place overall. Good luck to all 8th grade students moving up to high school; we hope to see you at the High School Envirothon in 2024! Congratulations!
